Positive, Friendly staff throughout my stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice with frosted glass for privacy. It's just two blocks from SOL and a block from Gran Via, so getting around was a breeze.

During my stay, I found the air conditioning to be uncontrollable, making my room uncomfortably warm. This was particularly frustrating given the bustling area outside. Additionally, the breakfast experience was disappointing. the selection was limited and the service was notably slow, which added to my irritation especially when I had limited time to enjoy it.

I absolutely loved the amazing shower and the thoughtful touches like a full water jar waiting for me when I arrived. Plus, I enjoyed some chill time in the cozy lounge and on the beautiful terrace. The only downside was the room could've used a bit more light, but that didn’t take away from my stay at all! 😊
